Combined with over 56 years of design expertise, the new 2025 Alloy Sports Centreline provides maximum performance for minimum
outlay, giving you a top tier trailer and total bang for your buck.
The 2025 Alloy Sports Centreline will be available from late 2024.
SO WHAT’S ACTUALLY CHANGED?
The new series features a completely redesigned frame, a bunch of performance enhancements to make launching/retrieving a breeze and has been engineered to provide incredible hull support.

The new series is wider, stronger and better than ever, featuring:
• Wide frame design for lower ride heights
• New frame geometry to distribute stress and load
• Additional cross member for increased toughness and reduced flex

• Full width rear entry cradle increases recovery target area by 200%
• Heavy duty adjustable nylon guides deliver bullet proof alignment
• New ‘big mouth’ single roller brackets keep your keel in line
• Double the roller count for incredible launch and retrieve
• New heavy duty checker plate light bracket/step/tie-down system
As the Tinnie market has evolved, so has our engineering:
• Heavy duty ‘ladder rack’ roller system supports the core load
• Rear cross member further bcak to maximise trnasom support for larger engine weights
• New cross member up front allows for trolling motors, electric anchor winches and increased battery weights
- DUNBIER X-BEAM EXTRUSION
- Our innovative and unique triangle based ‘X-Beam’ frame can handle forces from any direction, rather than a single direction like a traditional ‘I-Beam’ design.
- FULL SEAM WELDING
- Skilled welders meticulously weld every cross member, A-frame, stiffener and drawbar. Take a closer look and you’ll notice the X-Beam frame is made as one solid piece, ensuring it’s tough as nails.
- BOLT FREE FRAMES
- Galvanic corrosion – the silent assassin – is a real concern for anyone with a boat trailer. Remove the worry and opt for a bolt-free trailer frame. Dunbier Alloy trailers are built without a single bolt in the frame that supports your hull – not one!
