About Us

Dunbier Marine is a well-established 50+ years business, well known in the market with the Dunbier and Mackay boat trailer brands. All trailers are manufactured in Melbourne then shipped to our interstate branches, where they’re unloaded and distributed throughout Australia.

We are looking for boat trailer assemblers for our busy manufacturing facility in Braeside, VIC – Mon-Fri, 38 hours GUARANTEED. We will also consider 3 or 4 days a week for selected people who are currently studying or have visa limitations. It is not a fill-in job – we have plenty of work available and are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. Training will be provided where necessary.
The role involves assembly of boat trailer components and assembly onto trailers, and basic mechanical skills are required.

• Building and assembling boat trailers
• General warehouse duties
• General yard duties

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Mechanically minded, with hands-on experience with tools
• Training provided where necessary

PEOPLE & CULTURE
• Immediate start, guaranteed work, Mon-Fri, 38 hours a week

Your Role
As a Boat Trailer Assembler, you’ll play a key role in our team, ensuring our trailers are built to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assembling boat trailers
• Unloading containers and transport
• Fitting boats to trailers
• General yard duties as required

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone who is mechanically minded and has hands-on experience with tools and machinery
• Forklift licence is essential for this role
• Current and valid drivers licence is essential
• You must be confident with trailers and have the ability to tow, reverse, and back boats and boat trailers well
• Familiarity with the local Sydney area is an advantage
