Performance Coating System
Dunbier Trailers utilise one of the most advanced, rugged and corrosion resistant processes available to “Paint” your trailer. The 5 stage process is vastly superior not only to painted trailers, but out-performs standard galvanised trailers as well. Engineered to with-stand years of harsh treatment you will not find a better performing coating system for trailers in the market today. Used on everything from Steel bridges to lighthouses, it is designed to outlast all other options. At a Glance:
- 20,000 hours plus in salt spray testing (Galvanised steel 1000-3000 hours)
- 5 years UV stabilisation in testing -100% chemically resistant
- 5 times more abrasion resistant than paint
The 5 stage process starts where most others stop, with a fully galvanised frame, it is then sanded and prepared, coated and lastly baked for several hours to cure the Plascoat. PCS is simply a smarter, stronger and tougher solution… So don’t just settle for an inferior paint job. PCS is available in Midnight black or Arctic white.
