Dunbier Announce 2022 National Award Winners

It is with great excitement that Dunbier Trailer announces the national recipients of the Dunbier Dealer Awards for 2022.

“Aiming to reward excellence across our entire dealer network, our Dealer Awards recognise outstanding performance and effort across key business areas,” said Michelle Reid, Managing Director for Dunbier Trailers.

Michelle proudly announced, “It is our great pleasure to present Gold Coast Boating Centre, QLD with the prestigious title of Dunbier Australian Dealer of the Year for 2022”.

“The team at Gold Coast Boating Centre are outstanding performers in all key business areas, and it’s truly our honour to present them with the Dunbier Australian Dealer of the Year award for the second consecutive year,” declared Michelle. Dunbier’s highest accolade available nationally, the Australian Dealer of the Year award acknowledges the highest standards of business practice, achievements, and customer relations. Sales targets and providing a superior customer experience across all areas, from product availability to spare parts, warranty, and administrative support are key business areas that are considered when determining the recipient.

Dunbier’s National Retail Excellence award focus on excellent dealership presentation, customer service, achievements, and outstanding representation and marketing of the Dunbier brand. “In recognition of their achievements in these areas, we have presented the Dunbier National Retail Excellence award to Kings Trailers and Towbars, Hobart,” said Andrew Murphy, National Sales Manager for Dunbier Trailers. He continues, “Melbourne Sea-Doo and Can-Am have shown outstanding performance in our Watercraft category, making them very deserving recipients of our National Retail Excellence – Watercraft award”.

For achieving high-level sales and excelling at engaging customers with boat and trailer packaging Merlin Marine and Leisure, QLD have been awarded Dunbiers’ OEM Excellence award. “Merlin Marine and Leisure are exceptional at promoting the Dunbier brand,” said Andrew.

The Dunbier Consumer Engagement award recognises exceptional customer service, activation of high-level marketing, and support of the entire Dunbier range of trailers, parts, and accessories, with an engaging showroom. Renee Guzzo, Marketing & Events Assistant for Dunbier Trailers, excitedly told us “Trailer Repair Centre, VIC have consistently produced excellence results and have been awarded our Consumer Engagement award for the second year running!”.

“We are incredibly proud of all our winners who have put in tremendous effort and produced outstanding results” said Michelle.

Results in Dunbier’s state-level awards categories for 2022 have been just as impressive, with Michelle saying “Please join us in congratulating our state-level Dunbier award winners for 2022 who deserve a huge congratulations for their hard work and dedication throughout the year”.
